MAH HAUS STUDIOS — REFUND POLICY (PRINTIFY MADE-TO-ORDER)

MAH Haus Studios products are made-to-order through our production partner (Printify). Each item is created specifically for your order, which is why we keep our refund policy straightforward and transparent.
1) Made-to-Order = Final Sale
Because items are produced on demand, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

Change of mind / buyer’s remorse

Ordering the wrong size, color, or style

Preference issues (e.g., “I expected it to look different”)

Minor variations in print placement or color that can occur during production

Shipping delays after the order has been handed to the carrier

Incorrect address entered at checkout
Please double-check product details and size charts before purchasing.
2) We Cover Defects, Damage, and Wrong Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll fix it with a free replacement or a refund.
To qualify, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

3) Lost Packages & Delivery Problems

If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, first check with your household, building office, and carrier.

If a package appears lost in transit, contact us and we’ll help initiate the appropriate claim and resolution.
4) Cancellations & Changes
Orders move into production quickly.

Cancellation or changes must be requested within 2 hours of purchase

After that window, we may not be able to stop production and the order becomes final
5) Refund Timing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.
