MAH HAUS STUDIOS — SHIPPING POLICY

MAH Haus Studios products are made-to-order through our production partner (Printify). That means your order is produced after checkout, then shipped once it’s ready.
1) Processing & Production Time (Made-to-Order)
Most orders enter production shortly after purchase. Typical production time is 2–7 business days (may be longer during peak seasons or high-volume drops).
Once production starts, orders generally cannot be changed or canceled.
2) Shipping Time (After Production)
Shipping time begins after production is complete. Typical transit times are:

U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

U.S. Expedited Shipping (if available at checkout): 2–4 business days

International Shipping (if offered): 7–21 business days
Shipping times are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, peak seasons, or other events outside our control.
3) Total Delivery Estimate
In most cases, your total delivery window is:
Production (2–7 business days) + Shipping (3–7 business days) = ~5–14 business days
During peak periods, holidays, or major drops, delivery may take longer.
4) Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

number of fulfillment locations involved
Because Printify may fulfill items from different locations, you may see:

separate shipping charges

multiple shipments

multiple tracking numbers
5) Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after a label is created.
6) Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on:

print provider availability
-
production location
-
product type
This is normal for print-on-demand orders.
7) Address Accuracy
You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

we may require an additional shipping fee to resend, and
-
we cannot guarantee delivery timelines.
8) Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please check your delivery location, building office, household members, and contact the carrier first.

If a package appears lost in transit, contact us and we will assist with the next steps.
9) Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mahhausstudios.com with:

photos of the item, the damage, and the packaging
We will review and arrange a replacement or refund according to our Refund Policy.
10) International Orders (If Available)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not controlled by MAH Haus Studios.
Limited runs can increase production demand. If you ordered during a major drop, allow a little extra time—we’d rather ship it right than rush it.
